Introduction to silica materials
White carbon black is the general term of white powder X-ray amorphous silicic acid and silicate products, mainly referring to precipitated silica, fumed silica, ultra-fine silica gel and aerogel, as well as powder synthetic aluminum silicate and calcium silicate. Silica is a porous material, and its composition can be expressed by SiO2 · nH2O, where nH2O exists in the form of surface hydroxyl. Soluble in caustic soda and hydrofluoric acid, insoluble in water, solvent and acid (except hydrofluoric acid). High temperature resistance, incombustible, tasteless, odorless, with good electrical insulation.
Working principle
The hot air enters the mixing and crushing drying chamber from the bottom of the dryer through the inlet pipe at a suitable spouting speed, which has a strong shearing, blowing and rotating effect on the material, so that the material is granulated by centrifugation, shearing, collision and friction, which strengthens the mass transfer and heat transfer. At the bottom of the dryer, the larger and wetter particles are mechanically broken under the action of the agitator, and the particles with lower moisture content and smaller particle size are entrained and raised by the rotating airflow, and further dried during the rising process. Because the gas-solid two-phase flow is rotating. The inertia of solid phase is larger than that of gas phase, and the relative velocity between solid and gas phases is larger, which strengthens the mass and heat transfer between the two phases. Therefore, the production intensity of this machine is high.
