Algae, as algae growing in the sea, are cryptophytes in the plant kingdom. Algae include several different kinds of organisms that generate energy through photosynthesis. They are generally considered as simple plants, with the main characteristics as follows: no vascular bundle tissue, no differentiation of real roots, stems and leaves; No flower, no fruit and seed; The reproductive organs have no specialized protective tissue, and often produce spores or gametes directly from a single cell; And no embryo formation. Because of the simple structure of algae, some botanists classify it as the "phyllophyta" of lower plants along with fungi. Seaweed is abundant in Malaysia and other Southeast Asian countries.
The production line can use high-end DW mesh belt dryer to realize efficient drying of seaweed and coconut.
Work advantages:
The whole production line is totally closed (for materials), which is composed of three parts: swinging distribution section, drying section and discharging section. The action of the swinging distribution section makes the seaweed evenly distributed on the mesh plate and uniformly transported to the drying section. After the seaweed passes through the 80 ℃ hot air drying section, the 90 ℃ hot air drying section and the 120 ℃ hot air drying section, it is discharged through the discharge section. The circulation of the wind direction and the air in each unit is downward, that is, the heated air is sucked in by the induced draft fan. After the air is pre-distributed at the outlet of the fan and then evenly distributed through the orifice plate, the hot air penetrates the material layer from the bottom up (or from the top down) of the material.
