Summary
Granule (GR) is referred to as granule, which is a granular preparation processed from raw drug, carrier and other auxiliary agents. The early field test of granule was started in 1946. In the early 1950s, it was widely used in the United States. In the early 1960s, it was widely used in Japan. In the late 1960s, due to the development of environmental protection science, in order to avoid the pollution of the environment and crops caused by the particle drift when the pesticide powder was spread, the pesticide particles were widely used all over the world. The development of granules in China was mainly in the late 1970s. According to the statistics of the Ministry of Chemical Industry in 1989, granules accounted for about 7% of the total pesticide preparations.
The reason why granule can become a common pesticide is that it has many incomparable characteristics as follows:
①The direction of pesticide application can ensure that the pesticide can fully reach the target organism and be beneficial to biological safety such as natural enemies;
②The drug particles do not attach to the stems and leaves of the plant, so as to avoid direct contact with the drug damage;
③No dust flying and no pollution to the environment during application;
④During the application process, it can reduce the amount of drugs attached to or inhaled by the operator to avoid poisoning accidents;
⑤Reduce the toxicity of highly toxic pesticides to avoid human and livestock poisoning;
⑥It can control the release rate of the active ingredients in the granules and extend the shelf life;
⑦Easy to use and high efficiency。
To sum up, pesticide water dispersible granule (WDG). The International Federation of Pesticide Industry Associations (GIFAR) defines it as a granule used after disintegration and dispersion in water. The water dispersible granule is mainly composed of pesticide active ingredient, dispersant, wetting agent, binder, disintegrant and filler, with particle size of 200 μ M-5mm, after entering the water, it can rapidly disintegrate and disperse to form a highly suspended dispersion system.
Based on exquisite process technology and rich production practice experience, our company has continuously improved and innovated. At present, we have designed a new WDG pesticide water dispersible granule special production line, which fully meets the market requirements for pesticide dust-free, easy to disintegrate, easy to transport, and has become a domestic WDG production line manufacturer, and has dozens of engineering cases for users to visit and certify.

Equipment characteristics of WDG pesticide water dispersible granule production line
1、The WDG pesticide water dispersible granule production line adopts the form of integrated crushing, mixing, granulation, drying, cooling, screening and packaging sections, which has clear functions and can be organically combined and operated as a whole to achieve process flow operation.
2、The core part of the production line: drying system. The method of subsection heating is adopted, and the high pressure and low air volume fan is used in the pre-drying section, so that the wet WDG particles can be fully fluidized; Low-pressure and high-volume fans are used in the drying section, which can take away much water per unit time and dry evenly; The cooling section adopts high air volume fan, which can quickly take away heat and reduce product temperature, which not only meets the requirements of moisture control, but also facilitates the subsequent packaging process.
3、Drying medium circulation system: the blower, heater and air inlet pipe are made of stainless steel to avoid the possibility of product being polluted by unclean air.
4、The quick-opening structure is adopted between the upper and lower beds of the drying machine, which changes the traditional structure of bolted connection and greatly facilitates the thorough cleaning of the system.
5、The hole pattern of the paving bed plate adopts the combined structure, and the front section adopts the tongue hole, so that the material can move forward smoothly without material leakage; The middle and rear end adopt straight holes, the penetration rate of hot air is higher, and the heat exchange in the drying process is more sufficient.
6、The inner part of the lower bed is made of stainless steel with full welding to prevent the sewage from entering the insulation layer during cleaning, thus affecting the product quality. In addition, there is also a cleaning port to facilitate the cleaning of the equipment.
