Engineering Principles
PLG series disc continuous dryer On the first plate of the disc dryer, the rake arm with the rake blade rotates to make the rake blade continuously turn over the material. The material flows through the surface of the drying plate along the exponential spiral. The material on the small drying plate moves to the outer edge and falls to the outer edge of the large drying plate below the outer edge. The material on the large drying plate moves inward and falls from the middle into the next small drying plate, The large and small drying plates are arranged alternately from top to bottom, so that the materials can continuously flow through the whole dryer. The hollow drying plate is filled with heating medium. The heating medium enters from one end to the other end and is exported. The dried materials fall from the next layer of drying plate to the bottom layer of the shell, and then are moved to the material inlet by the rake blade for discharge. The evaporated water vapor is discharged from the moisture exhaust port at the top, the entrained dust is recovered by the pulse dust collector, and the tail gas is discharged from the outside by the moisture exhaust fan. The dry materials discharged from the bottom can be directly packed.
