5、The hole pattern of the paving bed plate adopts the combined structure, and the front section adopts the tongue hole, so that the material can move forward smoothly without material leakage; The middle and rear end adopt straight holes, the penetration rate of hot air is higher, and the heat exchange in the drying process is more sufficient.
6、The lower bed body is supported by stainless steel seamless steel pipe, which makes the bed body more solid and has a long service life.
7、The inner part of the lower bed is made of stainless steel with full welding to prevent the sewage from entering the insulation layer during cleaning, thus affecting the product quality. In addition, there is also a cleaning port to facilitate the cleaning of the equipment.
8、The system is also equipped with a crushing unit with dust suction, a high-speed mixer, a material transfer and conveying unit, and a screening and flavoring unit.
